Overview

The Beekeeping Suit is a Body Armor piece in Crimson Desert classified as a Camouflage Outfit. It provides modest defense alongside Lightning Resistance Lv.1 and a unique special effect: Bee Swarm Immunity. This makes it a situational but valuable piece of equipment for exploring areas populated by aggressive bee swarms, where other armor would leave Kliff vulnerable to stacking sting damage.

Stats

The Beekeeping Suit's relatively high sell price of 15.15 Silver Coins makes it one of the more valuable low-defense armor pieces in terms of resale. Players who do not need the Bee Swarm Immunity effect may consider selling it for a solid return.

How to Obtain

The Beekeeping Suit can be discovered inside the modest dwelling located at the Pollengarth Apiary. The apiary is situated in the Hernand region within the House of Grace area and is visited during the Hernand Commissions faction quest line.

To find the suit, head to the apiary and search the wooden house area carefully. The Beekeeping Suit is located inside the building itself rather than in an outdoor container. Players should look for lootable objects within the house interior.

This armor piece cannot be purchased from any known merchant. No crafting recipe has been documented for the Beekeeping Suit.

Bee Swarm Immunity

The Bee Swarm Immunity effect is the Beekeeping Suit's defining feature. When equipped, it completely negates all damage from bee swarm attacks. Without this armor, bee swarms inflict rapid stacking sting damage that can drain health quickly, making certain areas hazardous to explore.

This immunity is especially useful when gathering Honey and other bee-related resources from hive locations. Players who want to farm these materials efficiently should keep the Beekeeping Suit in their inventory for quick swaps when approaching hive areas.

Usage Notes

At DEF 7, the Beekeeping Suit offers lower protection than most mid-game body armor. It should be treated as a situational swap rather than a primary armor set. Equip it when entering areas with active bee swarms or hives, then switch back to a higher-defense armor for regular combat encounters.

The Lightning Resistance Lv.1 bonus provides a small edge against enemies with lightning-based attacks, though the effect is minor compared to dedicated resistance gear. It does add a secondary defensive benefit when the suit is equipped for its Bee Swarm Immunity.

Like all Armor pieces, the Beekeeping Suit can be upgraded through the Refinement System at a blacksmith, supporting up to 10 refinement levels. Refining the suit increases its defense, which can make it more viable for general use if desired, though most players will only refine it if they frequently visit bee-heavy areas.

As a Camouflage Outfit, the Beekeeping Suit may also affect how certain wildlife or NPCs interact with the player, consistent with the behavior of other camouflage-type equipment in the game.
