A Secret Request is a faction quest in Crimson Desert that leads players to Burnhan Quarry in the northwestern part of the Demeniss region. The quest is part of the House Byron faction quest line and involves liberating the quarry from a boss who has taken it over. This quest chain is notable for providing some of the game's most impactful permanent progression rewards, including the Golden Beer which permanently doubles mission dispatch rewards.

The Burnhan Quarry will not be available as a liberation target until you progress far enough in the Demeniss faction quest lines. As you work through the various house quest lines (House Elemore, House Azerian, etc.), the quarry will eventually be flagged as "taken over" and appear as a liberation objective. The quest chain follows the sequence: A Secret Request leads to One Step Ahead (boss fight), which concludes with Crescent Lake (bonus rewards).
Travel to the northwest section of the Demeniss region. Burnhan Quarry is marked on the map once the quest is active. The quarry is a mining area that has been taken over by hostile forces that need to be cleared.
The boss at Burnhan Quarry is relatively straightforward compared to some other Demeniss bosses. Key mechanics include:
Wings: The boss has wings but does not use them extensively for flight combat.
Rock slam: He can summon rocks from the sky, creating AoE danger zones. Space out from him when he begins this attack to avoid the impact areas.
Charge attack: When airborne, the boss will charge directly at you. Roll to the side or past him to avoid the hit.
The boss is very susceptible to stun buildup, so aggressive pressure with Focus Shot and melee combos can lock him down effectively.
This quest chain provides an unusually large number of valuable rewards:

The Golden Beer is arguably the most important reward from this quest chain. When used, it permanently grants double rewards from all mission dispatches. If you are running the Greymane Camp dispatch system, this effectively doubles your passive income. Prioritize obtaining this item as soon as possible and use it immediately after acquiring it.
After liberating the quarry and finishing the Byron quest line, you are told to visit a nearby lake. At Crescent Lake, you will find the Knightlord's Sword (a scimitar-style weapon with the Hell Siphon Abyss Gear for life steal) and a hidden treasure map piece on a nearby table.
Obtain the Golden Beer as early as possible to maximize dispatch reward doubling over time.
The Ashad Plate Gloves complete the Minotaur-style look when paired with the Ashad Plate Helm from the Vatan Hole Fortress boss.
Don't forget to visit Crescent Lake after finishing the main quest chain for the bonus weapon and treasure map.
