ParaBoar is the group described as holding power in the Veluxity Zone, Nova City's street racing and fight club district. The name was published on August 25, 2026 with the district's official location page.

Description

The official text calls them hellraising boars and states plainly that they are the top dogs of Veluxity. The characterisation is built entirely around noise: the distant roar of their engines reaches you well before you lay eyes on them, and the description frames that sound as a warning to shut your doors and mind your own business.

Two things follow from that. They are a motorcycle gang, which fits a district defined by street racing and connects them to the Vehicles material. And they are treated as a local authority rather than a nuisance: the description is about how residents behave when ParaBoar shows up, not about what the police do.

Context

Nova City's street-level conflict has been described in earlier material as a widespread gang war, with the N.C.C.A. positioned as the city's vanguard against it. ParaBoar is the first gang in that conflict to be named and given a territory on an official page.

The wiki also covers the Anti-Chaos Task Force and the A.C.D., both of which handle Chaos rather than organised crime. Nothing published connects ParaBoar to Chaos, so they sit on the criminal side of the setting rather than the supernatural one.

• Whether the player fights them, races them, joins them, or all three.

• Their relationship to the Crime System and to the city's wider gang war.

• Whether they hold territory beyond the Veluxity Zone.

• The origin of the name.

A separate group name has circulated in community discussion of Nova City's gangs. It has never appeared in official material and is not covered here.
