The Nova City Crime Agency (NCCA) serves as Nova City's primary law enforcement and criminal investigation organization. It handles serious criminal cases, high-stakes law enforcement operations, and conventional crime that falls outside supernatural incidents managed by the Anti-Chaos Directorate.

Leadership

Director Lykaia - The wolf-like top commander with strategic thinking and 'wolf-like instincts for investigation.' She demonstrates expert driving skills in high-speed pursuits and handles high-level coordination and inter-agency liaison despite her simultaneous role as Prime Minister.

Investigator Richie - A key field operative known for thoroughness and toughness in investigations. She maintains dual affiliation with both the NCCA and Anti-Chaos Directorate, serving as an institutional bridge between conventional law enforcement and supernatural response.

Responsibilities

The NCCA conducts serious criminal investigations across homicide, organized crime, fraud, and cybercrime. Additional functions include:
