11 The Trial of Aether is the first dungeon in Alabaster Dawn. It is located inside Koro Valley, at a site referred to in dialogue as the Hall of Trials at Remis Rock. The dungeon is themed around the Aether Aspect, and completing the playable section of the current Early Access build grants Juno the Aether unlock alongside its associated Divine Arts.

66 The accessible portion of the Trial is divided into two floors. The first floor is a small network of puzzle rooms that loop back on themselves. The second floor has only two rooms: an enemy gauntlet, and the Aether unlock chamber that closes Chapter 1 in the current Early Access build. The full map list:

2929 The Trial is the active setting for the Journey up North Chronicle stretch. Juno and Filia O' Marmis travel through the Trial together; the dungeon is the launch build's primary showcase for the Wise Panel mechanic and the dual-character puzzle interactions enabled by it. The Aether element unlock is the current Early Access build's narrative payoff.
