11 Essences are a type of item in Alabaster Dawn. They are obtained from many sources, but primarily from foraging and defeating Nuemera.

2222 Essence drop rates use the upstream wording: "often" for foraged plant and standard enemy drops, and "always" for guaranteed drops from miniboss-tier enemies like Aranea Mu and Testudo Irae. Save every essence found until the crafting system is enabled, since the per-rarity supply directly limits future gem upgrades.
