Players obtain the matching Style Books by looting Blackbeard Outposts and capturing Blackbeard ships such as the Blackbeard Brig, Blackbeard Frigate, and Blackbeard Ketch. Once the Style Book is read, the design becomes available at the Shipwright. Because this is loot-gated rather than purchased, it tends to show up later than the faction designs you can simply buy.
