The list mixes ordinary smuggled goods (Bone Beads, Clay Vase, Wooden Talisman) priced at 5 Piastres each with high-end relics paid in Guineas: the three Gold-tier temple items, Ancient Incense Burner, Ancient Chalice, and Pot with Golden Horns are the only Guinea-denominated buy lines on any vendor in the game.
