Like the other murals it is an uncommon find rather than a guaranteed pickup, so reaching it usually means exploring the relevant ruin sites thoroughly. It cannot be crafted or bought and has no combat or crafting value; it is collected to be read and to complete the mural sequence. Exact drop rates for the mural notes are not published in the current build, so they are not listed here rather than guessed.

1414 'Twelve times twelve winters' is 144 winters, marking 144 years since the events described in the First Mural. The Second Mural is the first time the lore names a specific risen Senkamati figure, Yuknom, and the first acknowledgment that the corruption can be turned into a weapon rather than only suffered.

1616 The line about two guardians smearing their spears with blighted blood, one growing stronger and one succumbing to the taint, is the lore origin point for the divergence between Plague Hunters and Plague Thralls, the two opposite outcomes of contact with corrupted blood. It links the ancient Senkamati story directly to the Corruption the player encounters in the present day.
