Reputation with each faction is tracked on a single bar with four tiers, reached at 0, 100, 400, and 1000 reputation. Tier 1 goods are available the moment you can trade; the armor plans and Merchant Contracts open at Tier 2, and the ornate mahogany and stained-glass plans sit behind Tiers 3 and 4.
