Flagpoles and Banners is ground-placed colored flagpoles in three quality tiers. Flagpoles and Banners are ground-placed colored flagpole decorations. They come in three quality tiers (Simple, Fine, Elegant) and seven colors (White, Black, Red, Blue, Green, Orange, Purple), giving 21 variants in total. Flagpoles serve as outpost identity markers and are visible at a distance.

Flagpoles are ground-placed. They snap to Floor pieces or Pier pieces. Leave space between flagpoles so the fabric does not clip during idle animation.
Quality tiers share the same 7-color palette. The main differences are the pole material and the banner trim: Simple poles use plain Wood, Fine poles add Copper caps, and Elegant poles are finished with gold accents.
Flagpoles work best in pairs flanking a gate, or as a single tall marker at the top of a hill or at the end of a pier.
Use matching flagpoles on either side of an entrance for symmetry.
Pick a color that contrasts with the ground and sky so your flag is visible from the water.
An Elegant flagpole at the end of a pier makes a clear landmark for returning ships.
Comfort +1 bonuses in a given decoration sub-category do not stack. Placing a second piece of the same sub-category does not add more comfort, it only changes the aesthetic.
