If a champion survives long enough in Warhammer Survivors, huge screen-filling bosses arrive. The store page describes them as the deadliest threats in the game, needing the right champion and loadout to beat.
Extremis Bosses
Extremis Bosses are the toughest boss encounters. Each enemy faction has its own Extremis Boss, and Auroch Digital warns that an array of evolved weapons alone will not be enough to deal with them. The store page says they pose a challenge even for Survivors-like veterans. Six Enemy Factions are confirmed, and two of their Extremis Bosses had been named as of October 15, 2026.
Boss | Type | Faction | Universe | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Ghazghkull Mag Uruk Thraka | Extremis Boss | Orks | Warhammer 40,000 | The first Extremis Boss revealed (April 9, 2026); arrives with mobs of Ork Boyz in a great Waaagh! |
Great Unclean One | Extremis Boss | Not stated | Not stated | Named in the store page and the developer FAQ; described as disgustingly bloated |
Vizzik Skour, Prophet of the Horned Rat | Boss | Not stated | Not stated | Named as a screen-filling boss on the store page |
Ghazghkull Mag Uruk Thraka
Ghazghkull leads the Orks and was revealed with them in the April 2026 Console Announcement Trailer. He stomps in and brings mobs of Ork Boyz with him. Auroch's concept artist Ohm said the big enemy sprites were the favourite part of concepting, citing him and Vizzik Skour as behemoths that had to be shrunk down while staying imposing.
Great Unclean One
The Great Unclean One is named in the store description as one of the mightiest monsters the universes have to offer, and the developer FAQ lists it as an Extremis Boss. As of October 15, 2026, the stage and faction it is tied to have not been stated.
Vizzik Skour
Vizzik Skour, Prophet of the Horned Rat, is named alongside Ghazghkull as one of the huge screen-filling bosses. Official text does not say whether he is an Extremis Boss or which faction he leads, so he is listed here as a boss only.
Not Yet Revealed
As of October 15, 2026, the Extremis Bosses for the Tyranids, Death Guard, Blades of Khorne and Gloomspite Gitz have not been named. The Hive Tyrant is a large Tyranid Synapse creature but is not described as a boss.
