Role

Tomasz Marchewka is the Story Director of The Witcher IV at CD Projekt Red. He works alongside Narrative Director Philipp Weber and lead writer Borys Pugacz-Muraszkiewicz to shape the game's overarching story.

Background

Marchewka is a CDPR veteran. The distinction between Story Director and Narrative Director reflects CDPR's separation of high-level plot architecture (Marchewka) from moment-to-moment quest narrative design (Weber).
