The Hidden Ones is playable on PC and mobile, and this page covers what has been confirmed about its controls so far. A full button-by-button control list has not been published, so the details below are limited to the input options and the single mapped action shown in hands-on coverage. For how those inputs translate into fights, see Combat System.
Input Options
On PC, the game supports both keyboard and mouse and a controller, with full controller support confirmed for the PC build. That means players can choose whichever scheme they prefer rather than being locked to one. On mobile, the game runs on iOS and Android with a touch control scheme. The exact layout of that touch scheme, such as the placement of virtual buttons or any simplified inputs, has not been detailed.
Platform | Supported Input |
|---|---|
PC (Windows) | Keyboard and mouse; full controller support |
iOS / Android | Touch controls (layout not yet detailed) |
Confirmed Inputs
Only one specific input mapping has been shown in hands-on coverage so far: the sidestep, also called the break-away maneuver. It was mapped to a shoulder button on controller and to a keyboard key on PC. The break-away lets you cancel your own combo to sidestep out of danger, and it draws on stamina, as covered on Combat System.
Action | Controller | PC |
|---|---|---|
Sidestep / Break-away | RB (right shoulder button) | Shift |
Beyond this single mapped action, the inputs for basic attacks, skills, blocking, dodging, and ultimates have not been published as a confirmed control list. Expect a complete control scheme to be detailed closer to release; for now, only the input options above and the sidestep mapping are confirmed. New players can get oriented on the Getting Started page in the meantime.
