Cheng is the main character in The God Slayer. He is an Elemancer who leads a resistance against the Celestials.

Background

Cheng's family was killed when the Celestials attacked. He can harness Qi into elemental powers, making him an Elemancer - the same type of human the Celestials tried to wipe out.

Role

Cheng leads a human resistance against Celestial rule. His story takes place in the Zhou Kingdom's steampunk capital over about 40 hours of gameplay.

Cheng uses the five elemental powers available to Elemancers:

- Fire

- Water

- Earth

- Metal

- Wood

Motivation

Cheng wants revenge for his family and freedom for humanity. The Celestials harvest Qi from humans, and Cheng refuses to accept that fate.
