Place a male and female pig of the same species together in a Selective Breeding House (or a standard Breeding House) with at least one empty slot. If both parents are fed, clean, and happy, a baby will appear the next day. As a Super Rare variant, the chance of producing a Puffhog is very low, and players should expect to go through many breeding cycles before one appears.
