11Overview22Delphin is the Fishing Mentor and runs the AquaBlue Outpost on the pier at Half-Moon Bay. He is a former professional surfer from a noble family who left an unhealthy home life to live with his aunt on Starsand Island. As a child, he became close friends with the player before the player left the island.
