Before you can sail anywhere, you must complete the Starsand Port Construction quest, which requires donating 15 Stone and 15 Softwood to rebuild the dock. Once the port is operational, speak to Marston and select Coral Sea from the destination list. Each trip costs 30 coins. The boat stays anchored at the fishing spot so you can cast directly from the deck.
