Who's your favorite NPC and why?

I'm curious who everyone is romancing or just enjoys talking to. I'm currently going for Lunelle because her Heart Stories are genuinely sweet and I love visiting her clothing shop Ethereal Styles in Starsand Town. What about you all? No wrong answers here.

Sylvain for me. His backstory about following his cousin Stella to the island after university to open a music shop resonated with me. Plus he hangs out at Crane Cape and Cloudrest Lake for inspiration, and he covers shifts at Stella's pet store in winter which is a nice touch.

Loren is underrated. He runs the Chrono Arcade and his dialogue is hilarious. The backstory about him retiring from pro gaming at 20 to move here for his sister Momo's health is really touching. Also the arcade games (Starblock and Foodybara) are genuinely fun.

Aurelis. The talented chef who runs Aureleaf Kitchen. Something about the way he gradually opens up about his family's culinary legacy and why he left is really well written. Plus he gives free meals to residents at lunch which is a nice detail. Seed Sparkle Lab did a great job with the character writing in general.

Delphin gang rise up. A former pro surfer turned Fishing Mentor who runs AquaBlue Outpost? Sign me up. His backstory about fleeing family drama to live with his surfing instructor aunt on the island is great. And the ocean observatory beneath his shop is such a cool detail.

I can't pick just one, but Pastelle's whole vibe of running Green Pasture Ranch is so cozy. She left at 16 for veterinary school and came back at 19 to build the ranch. Her relationship with her dad Garrick and little brother Bruce gives the family storyline a lot of heart.
