The cast of SILENT HILL: Townfall was announced on August 25, 2026, alongside a Cast Reveal Trailer shown during a summer showcase. Three roles were confirmed, one for each of the game's principal characters, and the same reveal was the first time the third of them had been named at all.

Announced Roles

The credits in the table are the ones the publisher listed with the announcement rather than a full filmography for any of the three. First-party material gives the second role simply as Zoe; the surname Ellis is legible in the game itself. Observation is Screen Burn's own earlier game, which makes Kezia Burrows the only one of the three whose listed credit points back to the studio.

How the Roles Fit

The three announced roles map cleanly onto the shape of the game. Simon Ordell is the protagonist and the only playable character, so the entire game is seen and heard from his side. Zoe is the voice that reaches him through static on the CRTV, asking him to come back to her. Richard is described in first-party copy as the man who summons Simon back to St. Amelia and sets the events of the game in motion. Two of the three, then, are introduced to the player as voices rather than as figures on screen.

Simon and Zoe had both been introduced earlier in 2026, Simon at the February reveal and Zoe at the June showcase where the release date was set. Richard arrived with the cast list. The game's storefront now lists four trailers.

What Has Not Been Announced

Only these three roles have been announced. No supporting cast, no additional named characters and no motion capture performers have been made public, and none is listed here. Voice-over and motion capture were both recorded for the game, as covered on Development History, but the cast reveal covered voice roles only. The game itself is unreleased, due on September 24, 2026 for PC and PlayStation 5, so none of the three performances has been heard in a finished build yet.
