The Sagas of Lumin roadmap was published on February 13, 2026 in the same post that announced the publishing deal with GameDev.ist. It lists features grouped under four headings: Dragons and Flight, Melee Combat and Action, World and Exploration, and Story and Immersion. Every item below was announced, not released; none of them had appeared in a public build when the roadmap was posted, apart from the bandit camps and the world map menu that already existed in the 2025 demo.
The roadmap was written for an Early Access launch planned for summer 2026. That plan was dropped on July 28, 2026 in favor of a full release on February 5, 2027 (see Release Date and Platforms). The studio has not published a revised roadmap as of October 2026, so the items below are the latest list of announced features.
