33 Magic Level is the player's account-wide progression stat in Roco Kingdom: World. It advances by completing main story chapters, cultivating spirits, and completing daily tasks. Each Magic Level threshold opens a new rank title earned through a short promotion quest, and most major systems gate themselves behind those ranks rather than behind raw level numbers.

1312 Every threshold above Apprentice requires a promotion quest. These quests are short scripted missions that pair story exposition with combat checks to confirm the player has a cultivated roster. Until the promotion is complete, Magic Level alone does not unlock the tier's content.

1716 Each promotion quest also grants Contract Source (契约本源), a high-value cultivation material. Across an entire season, a player can earn two to three Contract Sources through promotions alone, in addition to those from mid-to-large events. Skipping promotion quests leaves these rewards on the table.

2120 Progress the main story until a promotion gate blocks the next chapter. Story XP is the largest single source.Clear every daily routine task. Daily tasks grant flat Magic XP and stack with any other gains.Cultivate spirits. Spirit cultivation milestones grant Magic XP and unlock new trait slots simultaneously.Participate in whichever event is live. Event completion XP is usually generous and most events run two to three weeks.

2524 Do not skip a promotion quest even if you are close to the next level. The system unlock is gated on the promotion, not on the level number.Friend visits open at Spirit Researcher. Many events credit captures by allied players, so promoting to Lv 30 is the fastest way to amplify event progress.Territory Trial loot cannot be obtained any other way. Lv 50 should be a priority target once the main story is clear.
