PUBG: DED.NET has no release date. The store listing reads "To be announced" and carries no price. The creative director has said the team is deliberately avoiding a public timeline, because it wants the schedule to follow what testing shows rather than the other way round. Test plans are covered on Closed Beta.
Announced Platforms
Three platforms have been named for PUBG: DED.NET. The store page itself lists Windows only, which is what a PC storefront listing covers; the console plans were stated separately when the game was revealed.
Platform | Status |
|---|---|
PC (Windows) | Planned. A store listing exists with published system requirements. |
PlayStation 5 | Planned. Named as a launch platform at the reveal. |
Xbox Series X and Series S | Planned. Named as a launch platform at the reveal. |
Console First
The studio has been explicit that this is a console-first project, which it has framed as a deliberate break from how the wider PUBG brand has previously been built. The creative director has said a PC version is definitely planned and that the team is thinking hard about mouse and keyboard controls and PC optimisation, but that the closed tests will start on consoles. The store listing supports the console emphasis: it advertises full controller support, marks the game as gamepad recommended, and lists DualSense controller support.
PC System Requirements
The published requirements are for the PC build and were listed with the store page. They are pre-release figures and may change before launch.
