11Overview223-Zorua's Hide-and-Sneak Contest is a free limited-time event in Pokemon Pokopia that ran from July 19 to July 27, 2026. It is the fifth in-game event and the first built around a minigame rather than an event currency. During the contest you play Hide-and-Sneak against Zorua and its friends, and the faster you clear a round, the better the prize. Your best time also becomes a record that other players can try to beat.3+Zorua's Hide-and-Sneak Contest is a free limited-time event in Pokemon Pokopia running from July 19 to July 27, 2026. It is the fifth in-game event and the first built around a minigame rather than an event currency. It closes at 4:59 AM local time on July 27, so any time you want on the board has to be set before then. Your best time also becomes a record that other players can try to beat.4455Unlike the More Spores for Hoppip and Sableye events, there is no event shop and no event currency to farm. Rewards drop directly from your best recorded time, so the whole event is a time trial.6677Event Dates8899DetailInformationStartJuly 19, 2026, 5:00 AM local timeEndJuly 27, 2026, 4:59 AM local timeFeatured PokemonZoruaCostFree. Zorua stands in front of every Pokemon Center you have restored, so a town without one never hosts the contest. Only your best time counts toward rewards, so a bad round costs you nothing.202021212222Rewards23232424Prizes are awarded against your best recorded time, and the ladder is cumulative going down: a faster clear unlocks every tier above it as well. The Hide-and-Sneak Trophy sits in the middle of the ladder at 1 minute 30 seconds, so it is comfortably reachable without a near-perfect run.25252626ItemQuantityBest time requiredLumber32 minutes 28 secondsLeppa Berry32 minutes 11 secondsHoney31 minute 56 secondsLarge Lost Relic31 minute 39 secondsHide-and-Sneak Trophy11 minute 30 secondsRainbow Feather31 minute 20 secondsSilver Feather31 minute 11 secondsStar Piece11 minutePokemetal3050 secondsRare Pokemetal1041 secondsRare Pokemetal1036 secondsRare Pokemetal1030 secondsRare Pokemetal1026 secondsRare Pokemetal1020 seconds2727Hide-and-Sneak Trophy28282929The trophy is a display item described in-game as a trophy awarded to those who swiftly won a hide-and-sneak contest. It is not registered in the collection, so it does not count toward completion tracking. It works the same way as the Jump Rope Trophy from the earlier contest event: a decoration that proves you cleared the challenge quickly.30303131Playing With Other People32323333The contest supports multiplayer, and the prize rules differ depending on where you play. This catches people out, because a fast run in the wrong session can leave you with nothing.34343535Where you playWho competesWho gets the prizesRecord setAnother player's townHost and guests togetherThe host onlyThat town's best recordA Cloud IslandEveryone on the islandOnly the player who set the best timeThat Cloud Island's best record3636Spectator mode cannot enter the contest. If you want to host the event online in your own town, use a blank town, and talk to Zorua to hear the contest rules before you open the session. Skipping that step leaves the contest unavailable to your visitors.37373838The event also runs on Cloud Islands, so a shared island can keep a leaderboard of its own across everyone who visits during the window.39394040Tips41414242Learn the route before chasing a time. The clock rewards a clean line to the goal far more than raw speed.Use Camouflage deliberately rather than constantly. It slows Ditto down, so hold it for the moments a seeker is actually looking your way.Run the contest in a town you know well. Familiar terrain is worth more than any single trick. If you only want the trophy, aim for 1 minute 30 seconds and stop there. The tiers below it are material rewards you can farm elsewhere.Play in your own town or as the Cloud Island record holder if you want the prizes. As a guest in someone else's town you help set their record, not your own reward list.43434444Related Pages45454646ZoruaLimited-Time EventsMissable EventsEvent PokemonCamouflageVersion History and Updates
