11Overview22Vespiquen is a Bug/Flying-type Pokemon that can be befriended in Pokemon Pokopia. Known as the Beehive Pokemon, Vespiquen is the only Pokemon in the game with the Gather Honey specialty. Despite the name suggesting it collects honey, the specialty actually works the other way around: Vespiquen accepts Honey from the player and gives a random piece of furniture in exchange. This makes Vespiquen the sole source of several exclusive furniture styles that cannot be obtained through crafting recipes or the PC Shop.44Vespiquen works hand in hand with Combee, which has the Litter specialty and periodically drops Honey around its habitat. Once Vespiquen has moved into your town, walk up to it and select the "I brought some Honey" dialogue option. Vespiquen will then ask for 3 Honey in exchange for one piece of furniture. Each trade costs exactly 3 Honey, and you can complete up to 4 trades per day for a maximum daily cost of 12 Honey.1314After completing all 4 trades, Vespiquen will let you know there is nothing left to offer until the next day. This habitat requires placing 8 Wildflowers in a connected arrangement. The most common layout is two parallel rows of four Wildflowers, but any connected configuration of eight will work.2627You can find Wildflowers growing in the overworld or purchase Wildflower Seeds from the PC Shop and plant them yourself. Once the habitat is ready, Vespiquen will arrive as a common visitor, usually within the same in-game day. Combee has the Litter specialty, which causes it to drop Honey around its habitat at regular intervals. You collect the dropped Honey and trade it to Vespiquen for furniture. This cycle repeats daily with no additional resources required.4142Combee spawns in the Pretty Flower Bed habitat, which only requires 4 Wildflowers in a tight square. Since the Field of Flowers habitat needs 8 Wildflowers, you can start with the smaller Pretty Flower Bed to get Combee producing Honey first, then expand to 8 Wildflowers to attract Vespiquen as well.4344Automation and Farming Setup4546The most efficient honey farming setup combines Combee and Vespiquen in the same flower area. Start with a patch of 4 Wildflowers to create a Pretty Flower Bed and attract Combee. Once Combee arrives and starts dropping Honey, expand the patch to 8 connected Wildflowers to upgrade the habitat to a Field of Flowers and bring in Vespiquen.4748Place the flower habitat near a path you walk frequently so you naturally pick up Combee's Honey drops during your daily activities.
