Anne at Bleak Beach, the museum at Rocky Ridges, and the big building in Sparkling Skylands to discover multiple table variants for free. The Avalugg Table from relic appraisal is the rarest and has a unique ice-themed design. Keep extra tables in storage; you will need many for habitat building across all regions.
