1213 The Rebuild the Huge Building quest is the longest and most resource-intensive Important Request in the game. The huge building is the abandoned Celadon Department Store (now floating in Sparkling Skylands) that Tinkmaster supervises rebuilding. The four-floor reconstruction requires specialty Pokemon helpers, large quantities of high-tier materials (Pokemetal, Concrete, Glass, Gold Ingot), and multiple sub-quests.

1617 When the building reconstruction reaches its final phase, Mewtwo appears at the rooftop, mirroring its original appearance in the developer room of Pokemon Red and Blue's Celadon City. Defeating or befriending Mewtwo through the encounter completes the quest and triggers the promotion to Master Rank.
