Magikarp will express its gratitude by teaching you Jump.

2425 Magikarp teaches Ditto the Jump ability. Jump is activated by pressing the R button and does not consume any PP. You can jump as many times as you like without any energy cost, making it a completely free traversal tool. Jump allows you to reach slightly elevated surfaces, hop over small obstacles, and navigate terrain more efficiently.
