Unlike Hide-and-Seek and Jump Rope, which require specific unlock conditions, Look That Way is triggered randomly when a befriended Pokemon approaches you.

1415 Completing Look That Way increases the comfort level of the Pokemon you played with. Winning the game significantly improves your friendship with that Pokemon. Even when you lose, your friendship still increases to some extent, so there is no downside to playing.

1819 Look That Way cannot be manually triggered. A befriended Pokemon will approach you at random while you are exploring your town. When a Pokemon initiates a mini game, it could be Look That Way, Quizzes, or another activity. The selection is random.
