33 Every Pokemon in Pokemon Pokopia has a Friendship level that represents the personal bond between that Pokemon and the player. Friendship is separate from the Comfort system, which measures how satisfied a Pokemon is with its living conditions. A Pokemon can have high Comfort but low Friendship (or the reverse). However, the two systems are related: high Friendship contributes to Comfort growth, and a comfortable Pokemon is more receptive to friendship-building activities.
