1212 Construct a Hydrated Tall Grass habitat near Meowth's residence. Repair the canal in the area and place Leafage around its perimeter. Water any dried vegetation with Water Gun. Once the habitat is established, Piplup appears and moves in.

1616 Accompany Piplup to the muddy patches near Meowth's shack. Piplup bubbles up the mud, loosening it for cleaning.

2020 Use Water Gun on each mud patch to wash it away. Clean all the muddy spots completely. While cleaning, look for and collect Seaglass Fragments in the area, which are needed for the Pokemon Center reconstruction.
