It is the energy system governing both the player's and enemies' combat capabilities. Sha-Chi powers Phantom Edge attacks, Sha-Chi combos (heavy attacks), and blocks. Managing Sha-Chi (both your own and your opponents') is as important as landing hits and avoiding damage.
