Baishan Stormswords are a dual-wield main weapon in Phantom Blade Zero. The pair is awarded for defeating Yubi in the Training Grounds at Mandate Encampment.

Starting stats

The secondary value is Status Effects, which measures status application. It is a different attribute from Guard Break and should not be compared as though the two labels were interchangeable.

How to get Baishan Stormswords

Follow Secrets of the Baishan Sect from the women on the bridge south of the Outlaw Trap Bell. After confronting Wu Lengshuang and examining Bi Taotao's body, use the Training Grounds Key to open the red door leading into the Training Grounds.

Defeat Yubi there to receive Baishan Stormswords and Broken Vessel. The quest continues by following the direction Yubi indicates after the battle.

Upgrading the pair

Baishan Stormswords use Weapon Upgrade Materials at a blacksmith. Normal upgrades can be reset through Reforging to recover invested materials. Soul Tempering is a separate process using weapon-specific materials and Remnant Dust; it cannot be reversed like an ordinary upgrade.
