1011 Follow Secrets of the Baishan Sect from the women on the bridge south of the Outlaw Trap Bell. After confronting Wu Lengshuang and examining Bi Taotao's body, use the Training Grounds Key to open the red door leading into the Training Grounds.

1213 Defeat Yubi there to receive Baishan Stormswords and Broken Vessel. The quest continues by following the direction Yubi indicates after the battle.

1617 Baishan Stormswords use Weapon Upgrade Materials at a blacksmith. Normal upgrades can be reset through Reforging to recover invested materials. Soul Tempering is a separate process using weapon-specific materials and Remnant Dust; it cannot be reversed like an ordinary upgrade.
