Revision 1

The Price of Betrayal is the first Nameless Hospital ending. It unlocks the Staff Elevator Card used to reach the upper floors on later visits.

Enter the anomaly through The Hospital: at Hethereau Municipal Hospital on Onion Road in Illusion Town, turn left from reception into the stairwell. Speak to the Nameless Client facing the corner and choose "(Close Eyes)".

Restore power and collect Disorder clues

Inspect the lit monitor on the desk to the right of the starting area for Anomaly Disorder Clue I. Leave through the left doorway, turn right down the hall and pass the door that closes by itself. At the corridor junction, turn right toward ER. In the large reception area, follow the right wall past the vending machines to the generator-room door.

Activate only the inactive generators, in this order: the inactive machine in the middle row, the inactive machine in front of it, the machine at the end opposite the door, then the inactive machine beside the door. The Bandaged Monster appears after power is restored. Use the generators as cover and leave when the route is clear.

Take the 1F Keychain from the desk and activate the switch behind it as a checkpoint. Turn left past the vending machines and follow the corridor to its end. Enter the first door on the right and inspect the monitor beside the mannequin. From that room, use the left door through the operating room, then turn left into the hall. Continue to the bloody wall, enter the door on its left and inspect the monitor for the third clue.

Use the video-room projectors

Go two rooms beyond the last monitor and take the 1F Spare Key from the lockers. Break the trash bags beside them and pass through the door to the stairwell. Go to 2F and enter the door behind the reception desk.

Place a different Anomaly Disorder clue on each of the three projectors. Clues I, III and IV form one working set; three different clues from the Disorder group can trigger the ending. Clues already collected remain after the monster catches you.

Rewards

The first ending awards the Staff Elevator Card, 50 Annulith and 5,000 Fons.
