Initial version (2026-04-29)
The Popular Kid is Nanally's launch-window alternate outfit in Neverness to Everness. The skin is permanently available in the in-game cosmetic shop at a launch-discount price of 1,680 Riftcrystals, reduced from the regular price of 2,480 Riftcrystals. The outfit was revealed during the Launch Preview Special Program on April 18, 2026, and went on sale at server open on April 29, 2026, alongside Nanally's launch banner The Ichi-daime.
Equipping The Popular Kid changes Nanally's visible skill effects in addition to the outfit's appearance. The kit and stat sheet are unchanged; the outfit is purely cosmetic, with the visual effect change being a flair touch rather than a gameplay alteration.

There are two routes to acquire The Popular Kid:
Direct purchase: spend 1,680 Riftcrystals during the launch discount window or 2,480 Riftcrystals at standard price. The outfit becomes a permanent inventory entry once purchased and persists across all banners and patches.
Pull milestone: reach 200 pulls on The Ichi-daime banner. The 200-pull cosmetic milestone awards The Popular Kid as a free unlock; the milestone counter is retained for the banner across reruns, so partial progress is not lost. Cosmetic-pity drops from board tiles can also award the outfit before the 200-pull threshold at a base rate of about 0.33% per applicable tile.
Cosmetic outfits in Neverness to Everness use Riftcrystal, the top-tier real-money premium currency, rather than Annulith. Riftcrystal converts to Annulith at a 1:1 ratio for gacha pulls, but spending Riftcrystal directly on outfits is the only acquisition path other than the limited-banner cosmetic milestone. Free-to-play players cannot earn enough Riftcrystal through gameplay to buy outfits at the standard price; the launch discount window narrows the gap but does not eliminate it.
Purchase during the launch discount window if you plan to use the outfit. The 1,680 Riftcrystal price is roughly a third cheaper than the standard 2,480 figure and only repeats on rerun cycles, not as a permanent reduction.
Players targeting the cosmetic milestone for a free unlock should commit to The Ichi-daime banner. The 200-pull milestone counter is per-banner and does not carry to Misty Tipsy Style, so split pulls between banners do not stack toward this outfit.
Equip the outfit during photography sessions in Photo Mode. The altered skill VFX pair well with night-time city lighting for screenshots.
The matching glider and vehicle skins from The Ichi-daime's 50-pull and 120-pull milestones complete the launch cosmetic set; equip them together for a unified Coluccis Family aesthetic across traversal and combat.
