""Notes from a Rising Hunter: Your Guide to Promotion!" This is a hunter's guide that garnered 999+ Sesame ratings on Bagel. A rookie who had just received their hunter's license tried to put the book into practice, leaving only one comment: Be... ware... of... Anomalies!"

The Hunter Guide series is a three-tier ladder of character EXP items. Each step up grants more EXP per item:
Item | Grade | Character EXP | Best Use |
|---|---|---|---|
C / 2-Star | 1,000 | Early filler, abundant from open-world drops | |
B / 3-Star | 5,000 | Mid-game bulk leveling | |
A / 4-Star | 20,000 | Efficient leveling toward the current ascension cap | |
B / 3-Star | Fixed amount per item | Direct character-menu top-up |
Use the lower tiers as filler early on and save the higher-grade guides for pushing a new Esper toward its current Ascension cap, where the bigger EXP chunks save the most inventory space.
Character EXP items are a time-saver for rotating new characters into rotation. Hold a small buffer of Senior and Elite guides for new gacha pulls so you are not stuck running story again just to unlock their kit.
Rising Hunter Guide is stocked on the Hunter Exchange, so an extra copy is always a Fons purchase away when you fall short.
