Medical Abomination is the third Nameless Hospital ending. It uses Anomaly Experiment clues collected across the north and south wings of 3F. The Staff Elevator Card from the first ending is required for this route.

Enter the anomaly through The Hospital: at Hethereau Municipal Hospital on Onion Road in Illusion Town, turn left from reception into the stairwell. Speak to the Nameless Client facing the corner and choose "(Close Eyes)".

Open the north wing

Take the elevator to 3F. Inspect the sealed canister beside the blue gas cylinder and take the North District Key. Enter the neighboring double doors, then the first door on the right. Turn right again into the room with blue canisters. Read the notes on the counter and inspect the nearby canister for a Jigsaw piece.

Return to the room with the square table and assemble the piece. Defeat the enemies it summons. Leave through the eastern door, then retreat to the table room when the Bandaged Monster appears at the far end of the hall. Wait for its footsteps to move away. Follow the hall to the area it came from, turn right and take the first door on the right for the next Experiment clue.

Open the south wing

Return to the Jigsaw room and leave through the southern double doors. Continue past the checkpoint to the wall clock. Inspect the clock twice to obtain the South District Key. Enter the double doors beside it and turn right from reception toward the file room.

The file room ejects you after a timer, but you can re-enter. Open the cabinet beside the left shelves for the Office Key. Leave and follow the corridor through the next door, turn right and enter the first room on the right. Collect the final clue from a desk before the room timer expires.

Trigger the ending

Return by elevator to the 2F video room behind reception. Place Anomaly Experiment Clues II, III and IV on separate projectors. Three different clues from the Experiment group can trigger this ending.

Rewards

The ending awards 50 Annulith and 5,000 Fons.
