55 Start from the Midas Arc Workshop rooftop phone booth. If it is locked, enter the workshop on Crystal Mountain Avenue and use the back door behind the wall with the triangle ornament. Glide east to the neighboring helipad and ride the floating fish to WITOP Tower. Defeat all three Tides of Misfortune fish on the rooftop, then contain the A Time Will Come Arc.
