Far Side of the Moon is Akane Rin's signature S-Class Liquid Arc. Its secondary stat is CRIT DMG. Gravitide supports critical rate, Redirect Skill damage, Basic Attack damage and Lakshana damage, which matches her sustained String Energy combat loop.

Global acquisition

The Celestial Special Arc Research Program runs from October 21 after the update to November 11, 2026 at 05:59 (UTC+8). It uses Tri-Keys or Celestial Keys and requires completion of Prologue: A New Destination through the Eibon Antique Shop objective. During this release window, the Arc is exclusive to that program.

Using the Arc

Equip it on a compatible Liquid-Arc character and compare the full effect with the character's damage types. Akane regularly alternates Basic Attacks and Redirect Skill actions, allowing both parts of the equipment effect to contribute. See Akane Rin Build Guide for equipment priorities and the practical sequence. A character using another Arc type cannot equip it.

Its ascension materials include Drama Cores, Delusions and Beetle Coins. Check the next ascension screen before farming, since the required grade changes with the equipment level. The initial limited availability does not establish a future rerun date.

Gravitide effect

At the first refinement level, Gravitide grants 15% CRIT Rate and 28% Redirect Skill DMG. Casting a Redirect Skill grants 28% Basic Attack DMG and 20% Lakshana DMG for 15 seconds. These effects support Akane's alternating Basic Attack and Redirect Skill sequence.

Equipping Far Side of the Moon on Akane Rin adds a glow to her guitar strings.
