The Bureau of Anomaly Control is organized into multiple specialized departments, each with specific responsibilities for monitoring, containing, and nullifying Anomalies in Neverness to Everness.

Reception Hall

Located on the ground floor, the Reception Hall handles scheduled low-threat Anomaly cases. It serves as the first point of contact for many Bureau operations and where Oddities queue for resident permits.

Integrated Anomaly Affairs Department

Located on the fifth floor, this department handles Anomaly certificates and documents for review. It processes the administrative aspects of Anomaly containment and nullification.

Containment Safety Unit (CSU)

The CSU is responsible for the safe containment of Anomalies. Containment Unit 2 (CSU-2) includes members like Mint who specialize in handling dangerous Anomalies that haven't yet been nullified.

CSU members handle temporary containment (tempcon) procedures while working to develop nullification methods for troublesome Anomalies.

Emergency Team Division (ETD)

The ETD handles combat operations against dangerous Anomalies. ETD-4, led by Captain Baicang, includes members Skia, Fadia, and Lacrimosa.

ETD teams deploy to locations experiencing catastrophic Anomaly events, such as the Hypervortex emergence in New Helios.

General Affairs Office

The General Affairs Office handles administrative functions within the Bureau. It includes a finance expert and other support personnel who keep Bureau operations running.
