Julia is an aspiring Lumen Manager from Iris Hamlet, the same settlement tied to the researcher Kapan. She represents the next generation hoping to take on responsibility within the order.
Nipo captains the squadron in the port city of Costa Linda, while Anne is a captain in Voltar and a beloved local figure. Both are part of the network of Lumen squadrons stationed across the regions of Talea.
Blanco founded and leads an organization that supports the infrastructure the Lumen rely on. His daughter Nada is demanding but motivated by a strong sense of justice. Their family adds another thread to the people Trey encounters.
