The choices matter both for their immediate outcomes and for how they shape the ending. Some change which characters survive or which region you see first; others have no visible effect at the time but feed into the conclusion. Major story spoilers follow.

88 Choices in LumenTale matter for both direct outcomes and ending consequences. The earliest choices can immediately change your supporting cast and which region opens first. Other choices have no immediate effect but play into the ending later, so it is worth paying attention before committing to a decision.
