89 AARI's stated mission is to support Lumen everywhere in Talea. In practice that takes two forms. The first is infrastructure: AARI provides dedicated resting stations for Lumen in the form of Lumen Clubs, which are also what the fast travel network is built on. The second is diplomatic: AARI offers mediatory support between the northern and southern factions, Logos and Mythos, which are often at odds with each other.
