Neighborhoods are linked groups of personal floating islands in Loftia. The system combines the individual island used for Housing with shared spaces for spending time together.

The announced shared activities include decorating, Farming, and Crafting. Players connect islands to form the neighborhood rather than replacing the personal-island concept.

Development status

Neighborhoods appeared in the April 2026 Closed Beta feature roster and remain part of the announced game description. Multiplayer and Servers explains the shared online setting and the need to be on the same server when playing together.
