Maple Manybell

Overview

Maple Manybell is the Deputy Arena Master of Iia's Arena, making her one of the authority figures in the local Nexus Battle scene. She has a black ribbon in her long hair and wears a pink dress. Despite holding an official position, the game describes her thinking as "extremely eccentric", and it's possible she doesn't even realize she's a Deputy Arena Master.

Personality

Everything about Maple suggests she operates on a different wavelength from the people around her. She rose to Deputy Arena Master at a young age, which implies talent, but her eccentric behavior makes it unclear whether her success comes from deliberate strategy or instinctive brilliance she doesn't understand herself. The game plays this for humor as much as mystery.

Kardia ability

Maple is a 4-star Kardia character. Her Exclusive Principle is called "Brilliant, Shining Party". At the start of battle, Maple rolls two dice and grants the allied team different buffs depending on the results:

If both dice land on the same result, the buff effectiveness increases by 20%. This makes Maple a gambler's leader, sometimes she gives you exactly what you need, sometimes she doesn't. The randomness fits her eccentric personality. For players who want reliable results, other Kardia leaders are more predictable, but Maple's high-roll potential can swing fights.

Maple's exclusive Kardia equipment is available for free at Level 21, alongside equipment for Cassio Rollex and the Arena Master Jalily.
