Overview

Camcorgi is an Anima of the Memory Aspect. HoYoverse introduced it on 28 June 2026 with an entry in the in-game Anima compendium, published in the run-up to the Evolution Test. The official description presents it as a dog that captures life through its lens, though its boundless energy sometimes leaves its shots blurred.

Design and Personality

Camcorgi is a corgi-like dog with a camera lens worn at its chest and a film-strip saddle across its back. Its compendium sheet describes it as playful and energetic and stages it as a working photographer: one panel shows it mid-leap scattering prints everywhere, another shows it steadying the lens for a shot with light flaring around it, and a photo-showcase strip collects the results, from portraits of other Anima to storefronts around town. The photography theme fits its Memory Aspect: its pictures are records of everyday moments.

In the World

Camcorgi lends its name to Camcorgi Moments Photography Studio, a studio in Iia that is credited as the producer on the town's in-fiction promotional films, including the fashion campaign fronted by Lumehart. The creature also appears in the official character art for Herocrates, bounding along beside the Nexus Association's Professor with its lens at the ready.

Status

HoYoverse has published Camcorgi's name, Aspect, and compendium description, but no rarity, stats, abilities, or acquisition method. The official Anima data does not expose a battlefield Trait for any creature, so Camcorgi's combat role is unconfirmed. How Anima are caught in general is covered under Anima Collection.
