Known Issues and Fixes

Added the graphics preset workaround, planned hotfix, and FOV feedback status
A Guns of Eschaton demo issue acknowledged on October 6, 2026 affects graphics auto-detection. The automatic selection can set lower-end hardware to the Epic preset and cause low frame rates or other performance problems.
The temporary recommendation is to choose the graphics preset manually: open Settings, select Graphics, and use the Low or Medium preset. This is the dated workaround for the automatic preset selection issue.
Issue | Status on October 6, 2026 |
|---|---|
Graphics auto-detection | Can select Epic settings on lower-end hardware. |
Temporary workaround | Manually select Low or Medium under Settings > Graphics. |
Hotfix | In progress and described as coming soon. |
The developers also acknowledged FOV feedback and passed it to the development team. The notice confirms that feedback was forwarded; it does not announce a released FOV change.
The full game's published PC System Requirements include minimum and recommended Windows hardware, 16 GB RAM, 45 GB available storage, and an SSD requirement.
