At least nine distinct agencies operate across the state of Leonida, spanning city, county, state, and federal jurisdictions. Each agency has its own vehicle liveries, uniforms, and areas of operation. VCPD vehicles are visible in Trailer 1 at approximately 1:07 and throughout Trailer 2. Ghost livery vehicles use retro-reflective decals that are nearly invisible at a distance but become clearly visible when headlights or other light sources hit the reflective material.
