33 Airships and Magitek
44
55 Zoldaad has mass-produced military airships and magitek weaponry in recent years. Rumour holds that it intends to use them to invade neighbouring countries. Official material keeps that as rumour rather than stating it as fact, and no invasion has been described as having happened.

77 Tyranny and the Rebel Army
88
99 Life under the empire is hard, domestic unrest mounts, and out of that unrest a rebel army has formed. Jake leads it. Official material calls the country's internal situation extremely unstable. Square Enix returned to the empire in a dedicated location feature on September 10, 2026, which restated that profile without extending it: the nation that holds the Fire Crystal, a strong military, airships and magitek arms turned out in quantity, rumoured plans to invade, a suffering populace, and a rebel army raised against the throne.
